We respect creators and intellectual property. Black Edition embeds publicly available YouTube videos through YouTube’s player; we do not host or re-upload the underlying video files. Every lesson provides creator attribution and a link to the channel.

Creator requests

If you own or represent a featured work and want an embed, thumbnail or reference reviewed or removed, use our Contact page. A clear request from the verified creator will receive priority.

Copyright notices

Include: your name and contact details; identification of the copyrighted work; the exact Black Edition URL; a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized; a statement that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act; and your physical or electronic signature.

Our response

We may remove or disable material while reviewing a sufficiently detailed notice, contact the relevant contributor and request additional verification. Misrepresentations may have legal consequences.

Counter-notices

If content you supplied was removed in error, contact us with identification of the material, the prior location, your contact information and a good-faith explanation of your right to use it. We will handle disputes according to applicable law and platform rules.
